I don't know about use with AGW, but in Linux, it indicates radio
connections as IP:

     W7SNH USER       1-Jul-2003 0010Z Denny            IP(127.0.0.1)

The original who.pl indicates the IP address of localhost (127.0.0.1)
as well, so there is probably no easy way to discriminate between a
local login and a packet radio connection via kernel AX.25.
