[Dxspider-support] Sending local phrases.

My name is David and i am sysop of CS1GDX-5 cluster.

Maybe next week we will start using dxspider (it is in tests at my home) 
but for now i have, at least, one doubt:

how can i configure spider to send local phrases to connected users????

For example in every 15 minuts or half hour.

Maybe this is a simple command, but i did not see it in manual.
