[Dxspider-support] Console.PL

Hi Ian

         Well you've said console.PM which exists in local
directory as you say but the initialising of the colour
pairs is done in console.PL in the perl directory. I
understand that console.PL is unlikely to be altered but I
guess it gets overwritten anyway with the standard
console.PL issue each update. However I'll look at the
color_pair initialising and see if a cut down version of
console.PL can be constructed to reside in the local
directory. Failing this I guess since the PL version
probably won't be changed , I can save the file before each
update then overwrite the update with the saved file. Not
being any sort of expert in either Linux or Perl I guess it
might be possible to isolate a changed copy of the PL file
 in the local directory for instance ) and symbolically link
it but I'm guessing with that and would need to play.
