[Dxspider-support] Node protocol

How do you limit the protocol for adjacent nodes?  

I have a node that connect via an internet to RF to his node.  He only 
wants the DX spots and really would like to limit the all the other traffic, ie 
users, announcement, etc.

Can someone help...
