[Dxspider-support] REmoval of Spot Filter

Tony .. I don't run windows ( Use Linux ) but maybe the same applies. When you log into Spider you do so as a user only regardless of admin rights in windows. I think you should set a password and rights for spider also and use a callsign you specify ( the one in DXVars.pm ? )
