[Dxspider-support] Updating kepler data with convkeps.pl

The short answer is: no. I wasn't aware that it tried to interfere with
SIGCLD as it doesn't run sub programs (unlike the cluster - which does
do this).
I will look at it. I presume this is new behaviour?
