[Dxspider-support] Corrupt registered user

Hi all,

I am having some problems where I have a registered user that shows up 
corrupted and I can't get rid of it.  Depending on which telnet tool I 
use to connect to my node and show that user, I get different output 
which would indicate to me that there is some unprintable characters 
that somehow got embedded in the user id I registered.  For example, I 
registered user VE3SPD and in Putty it shows up as VE3SPDeg, in telnet 
on Linux it shows up as NE3SPDVE3SPD, in console.pl it shows up as 
NE3SPD^?^?^?^?^?^?VE3SPD.

The questions is, how do I get rid of this entry and created a new one.
