[Dxspider-support] Keeping spots from propagating beyond the local cluster

You can do this with a filter on nodes that, for instance, you don't
want to share 'domestic' spots. For example, if you wanted to prevent me
(connected to you as GB7DJK) getting N8 to US mainland spots, something
like this would do the job:-

rej/spot gb7djk by_state MI,OH,WV call_zone 4,5

This prevents any spots coming from those states and spotting other
people in mainland US. You can add stuff like 'on hf' or 'on vhf' or if
you just want this to apply to stuff coming from just your node
something like 'origin N8DCJ-2' will do that.
