Means the dxcc of calculated from each PC19 node callsign that comes in
down that channel or interface.

Channel (_dxcc) all refer to the callsign of the *interface* (channel in
DXSpider speak), i.e. of your partner on that link.

It is not much (at all?) used.

Most route filtering AFAIK is done on call(_[zone|itu|dxcc|state).
