[Dxspider-support] (windows98) packet radio connection not running

Can U access the TNC from that Serial Port using hyper-term or a terminal
program?
most of the time the PK232 wants to see on default a 1200b connection from
the software to the
PK-232. it could just be a serial speed problem..
