David, in addition to Mirko, I would be interested to know if/how a web user
interface can be set up in Windows.

I am running XP Pro and my server is  IIS.

I have not tried this yet, but I'm going to over the next several weeks.
I'll try and write up some instructions.  But first, two questions.  Are you
running WinXP Pro or WinXP Home?  Which web server are you planning to use
on your WinXP box?
