Probably - but IMHO you provide us with to less information.

- how have you setup access?
  - kernel ax25?
  - PC/Flexnet?
  - Netrom
  - .... 
- Which platform and revision of DXSpider do you use?
- how do affected users connect?
- which path/type of connection do these users use
