[Dxspider-support] DXSpider Enhancements

Hi Dirk.

A dx spot by K0OK in Ca shows him being in Ca and CQ zone 4 and ITU zone
7.  Ca is CQ Zone 3 and ITU zone 6.  You must use the USDB to correctly
find his state but you use his call prefix for zones.
