[Dxspider-support] Downloading CVSlatest.tgz with XPHome/SP2

Since I "upgraded" to Service Pack 2 for WinXP Home, when I try to download
CVSlatest.tgz using IE6, it actually downloads the .tar file.  When I look
at the
tar file with winzip, it says there is an error in the file and won't let
me extract the
new files.  I'm assuming that SP2 changed some setting but I can't figure out 
which one.  Any ideas on what to check??
