[Dxspider-support] Downloading CVSlatest.tgz with
XPHome/SP2

I don't believe that it has unzipped the file. It seems to just rename
it to CVSlatest.tar. I tried renaming the file to *.tgz and then winzip
recognizes it and can open it and extract the files. It looks like the
only problem is that the file extension is getting changed to tar when
it shouldn't be changed from tgz.
Another "feature" from MS....
