[Dxspider-support] unwanted disconnects

Every 10 minutes all my node links go down.

The message I see is :

"call of link"-PC39^ .. Disconnected by SysOp^H30.

So it looks as if my system initiates the disconnect.
I have no idea where such a command could originate from.

I did commented out (#) all commands in crontab, just to be sure that's not the cause.

Does anyone have an idea where I should look?
