[Dxspider-support] upcoming release

Bug:
Talk from sm4gvr at sk4bx-7 to sm7gvf-1 at sm7gvf-6 does not work 
(sm7gvf-1 is telnetting as sysop).
Talk from sm7gvf-1 to sm4gvr as above works.

I have seen this from time to time.

ver 57.253.

All users are visible.
