[Dxspider-support] Registration doesn't work

Hi,

if I set  the variable regreg to 1 as in the manual:

set/var $main::reqreg = 1

still user logging in via telnet get the motd text instead of motd_nor 
and can make any spot.

We have some fraud issues and to restrict unregistered users is a key 
issue. Is it a bug in the latest CVS or there are additional config steps?
