[Dxspider-support] access DB0SDX-Database via proxyserver ?

It is in the issued 1.51 tarball build 57.261.
You don't need to do anything except 'sh/db0sdx <callsign>'. However
I don't know how many people other than me have ever used it and it
relies on a server at db0sdx which has, inadvertently, in the past had
some unexpected access controls on it.
