[Dxspider-support] SET/PAGE value not sticky

It is not working on your node, either.  You have the same build as 
Dirk, 57.263, and the set/page is not sticky.  I logged into your node 
as N3RD, did set/page 0, and sh/dx/50.  Got 50 spots without a page 
break.  Then I disconnected, and immediately reconnected, and did a 
sh/dx/50, and got the 20 line default.  Here is that session, with some 
of the extra spots deleted to keep the post shorter.  Note that I did 
check the profile as the last thing, and although I got 20 lines of 
output, the default page length is 0 in the profile.
