[Dxspider-support] SET/PAGE value not sticky

In case what I saw was a local phenomenon, I ssh'd into a remote host
and then connected back to my node.  My page length setting still
worked (I even tried it with an imaginary callsign).  What are you
using for a telnet client?  I used the normal (Linux in once case, BSD
3.0 in the other) clients to get the expected result.  Perhaps the
client can affect this, although I don't know how.
