[Dxspider-support] sh/qrz via ipnr instead of domainname

While qrz.com resolves to 199.245.125.1, I get an address of
199.245.125.13 for www.qrz.com. I just tried substituting 199.245.125.13
for www.qrz.com in both instances where it appears in qrz.pl and it
still worked.
