[Dxspider-support] error

Sounds to me like you have either got a corrupt user.v3 file (stop tyhe
node; cd /spider/data; perl user_asc; restart the node) or a corrupt
dupefile (rm /spider/data/dupefile; restart the node).

Do the second one first and if that doesn't cure it then do the user
file restore.
