[Dxspider-support] Missing "/" in talks and announces.

Hi All
There is an other little problem with "talk" .
When You have beeps unset ( annoying on each spot...) and You send a talk ending by CTRL G (beep )
to a user on another cluster the talkline is discarded !
Between users on same cluster it works .
