For me there are no problem, i can login from everywhere i want.
The problem arise when someone , browsing with IE, click on the link
(pointing at telnet://ik5yzw.dyndns.org:8000) at my homepage.
I've noticed this for every node running DXSpider.
But if you try telnetting to a node running DX-Net, login is made correctly.
