either let the network route the SPAM and introduce a sysop switch to
get rid of the selfspotters locally for all users or

introduce a user setting like   set/SPAM     to get it displayed or
                                unset/SPAM   not to send SPAM to a
                                user

 This would finish an endless and increasing discussion
