[Dxspider-support] Wrong country for KT8X

It's probably not really a spider problem.  The cty.dat file shows
KT8X/BY4BNS under China.  This will override the default for the call. I
suspect he operated there at some time.  Since it (probably) was a
temporary operation, you could edit the file to remove that entry.

On the other hand, OH2PM/BY1QH is in cty.dat and 'sh/dxcc oh2pm' doesn't
exhibit this behavior.  I suspect that the one-letter suffix in KT8X's
call makes it difficult to distinguish from a 2X1 prefix (such as KH7K)
followed by a slash.

Some combinations are difficult to handle in software!
