It can't read any data base file.

Have a look:

can't open qsl file: qsl () at /spider/perl/QSL.pm line 47

And more info:
After Update perl and create a new users.v3:
sysop at linux:/spider/data$ file users.v3
users.v3: Berkeley DB (Btree, version 9, native byte-order)

And the Old users.v3.orig:
sysop at linux:/spider/data$ file users.v3.orig
users.v3.orig: Berkeley DB (Btree, version 6, native byte-order)

version 6 and version 9 .. does it means that i'll lose all my users data?
The problem is that with perl user_asc doesn't create a full users.v3
