[Dxspider-support] lock file msg

question in spider running under windows, if i drop the cluster and try to
reopen it up using the cluster pl command(i use millennium windows) i get a
lockfile and have to completely reboot the computer
to restart the spider program, is this the only way or is there another way around the lockfile  msg
