If someone connects  via Packet (have not checked telnet) and his language
setting
is NOT en or he/she is a new user, the default prompt is just   de DB0SPC-7

If he/she then does  set/lang ge  things do not change. Nothing changes
after a
unset/prompt to get the default prompt. Only after doing a set/lang en,
then the default
prompt shows. Unfortunately if that user returns to set/lang de, the prompt
also
changes back  from the default prompt to  just   de DB0SPC-7 >
