[Dxspider-support] Error starting DXSpider after CVS

Do the equivalent of 'cvs update -d'. Note '-d' that is the important
bit. For winCVS people I think you have to tick the 'checkout
sub-directories' box.

These are the 'standard' cvs instructions :-)
