[Dxspider-support] Auto updating Keplerian elements.

Hello Georges,
 
                Here I ha that in my /etc/crontab abd did not work, I wrote
all the info on my /spider/local_cmd
now it download the file, but still have a small glitch as permission... 
 
try that use the dxspider crontab insted..

It must be me because I can't get it to work. When the time comes round the
script runs and spider says doing cron wget -N
http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/amateur.txt but does nothing. Does not
try to connect at all.
