[Dxspider-support] Perl v5.8.6 warning on Windows XP

I moved DXSpider from the home office computer to the shack 
computer.  I am set up with ActiveState Perl:

	This is perl, v5.8.6 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
	(with 3 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail)

When cluster.pl starts, I get these warnings:

	Constant subroutine Msg::EINPROGRESS redefined at (eval 9) line 1.
	Prototype mismatch: sub Msg::EINPROGRESS () vs none at (eval 9) line 1.

	Constant subroutine Msg::EAGAIN redefined at (eval 10) line 1.
	Prototype mismatch: sub Msg::EAGAIN () vs none at (eval 10) line 1.

Anything I should be worried about?
