[Dxspider-support] IO::Socket::INET: Address already in use

Of possible relevance, though whether this is the reason I do not know, is 
that Norton Internet Security blocks port 7300 by default. This port is of 
one several blocked by one of the pre-defined rules against internet 
attacks, being listed under 'Netmonitor Trojan Horse'. I removed the 
blocking to maintain the standard port access to DX Spider and it would be a 
lot better for users, just in my opinion, if any DX Spider could be reached 
on one standardised port ie 7300.
