[Dxspider-support] reject/spots accept/spots

Hello Dirk,

It is not working at this end, I try the same command, acc/spot on 20m, with
the following result:

acc/spot on 20m
Spotted stations from 20M (Pirate-Ctry-QQ) today:
            :     1
       C02JD:     1
       ZORRO:     1

As for Dxspider version I'm running build 59.359, I have not been able to
update via CVS since March 14 do to the many reported error were CVS is
asking me to "remove" a large list of files because they "are in the way", I
removed them on March 14 and upgraded to 359, but on next time I ran CVS it
keep asking me to remove the same files and still do now.
