I have looked and got this:-

set/badspotter g7brn and then sent an announce/full from somewhere
else:-

00:01:09 <- I WR3D PC12^G7BRN^*^test 2^ ^WR3D^0^H30^~
00:01:09 PCPROT: Bad Spotter, dropped
00:01:10 <- I GB7DXA PC12^G7BRN^*^test 2^ ^WR3D^0^H26^~
00:01:10 PCPROT: Bad Spotter, dropped
00:01:10 <- I GB7BAA PC12^G7BRN^*^test 2^ ^WR3D^0^H4^~
00:01:10 PCPROT: Bad Spotter, dropped

As you can see, with set/debug chanerr, it drops g7brn.

You can also play tunes with reject/announce but it is more efficient to
use set/badspotter for individual callsigns.

Here in the UK I only distribute ann/full from other UK stations to any
UK links. This is a national policy, agreed amongst UK sysops. This is
done with an accept/announce filter.

So, as far as I am concerned, it works as previously advertised.
