Yes, I have tested that but nil. I have had it in my old clustermaskin and
it funktion there.

I do not remember what manual says about that, but

- - stop spider
- - add line mention in manual to /etc/inittab
- - run command 'telinit q', it will re-read inittab
- - spider should be up & running
