[Dxspider-support] Locked out!

My host W1NR went off-line.  At the same time, I (stupidly?) upgraded to
ActivePerl 5.8.7.813.  And updated to the latest code in CVS (maybe only one
file changed).

Anyway, I can no longer connect to another other nodes that should be allowing
me as host:

- N0VD (DX Central)
- K1TTT
- KB1H
