[Dxspider-support] cleaning up system

when I start the system, everything looks fine except nothing else
happens after the last item.

doing local initialisation ...
orft we jolly well go ...
queue msg (0)

The system will sit like this for days.


If you try to connect via telent, you don't get any response back like
the login prompt.
