Do your logs have the correct time?  Does your DX cluster have the time of
day?

I now have a stratum 2 NTP time server at timelord.w1nr.net that is open to
the Ham Radio community.  Under Windows XP, enter the link on the "Internet
Time" page, hit "Apply" and then "Update Now".  Note that you have to hit
"Apply" first due to a quirk in XP.  For other versions of Windows, try
Tardis 2000 at http://www.kaska.demon.co.uk/.

Linux users will depend on your distro, but generally you add "server
timelord.w1nr.net" in /etc/ntp.conf and enable the ntp service.

This should keep your clock synchronized to within a few milliseconds of
WWV.
