[Dxspider-support] Chat

This has been an issue before.
The traffic is sent OK between Spidernodes, but in some parts of the
network where there are AK1A or most probably Clusse software running,
the PC12s get modified.

Most of the LOGGERNET traffic is issued here at SK3W-6. I had filters
toward other nodes before, only to broadcast this chat group to a few
nodes. But it is difficult to keep track on all the filters and got
request to forward it.

The problem exists on ALL chatgroups, but the LOGGERNET traffic
generates alot of data, and probably the "bug" shows more frequently.
