[Dxspider-support] New installation help needed please

I have just installed a new Spider cluster GB7WKL on a Windows XP platform,
using  a CVSlatest.tgz file. From the outset I got the errors below when
anyone logs in. I tried replacing Spot.pm and VE7CC.pm but that doesn't make
any difference (the replacements came from my own node because CVS is down
again).

Dirk or anyone - do you have any ideas on how I correct this please?
