[Dxspider-support] how to disable all announce

73 to all by Raf IK4IDF, in this mounth i dont like some
announce because is political based, 
its impossible to make specific filter because some
user change personal call with anoter pirate call and
the connection is make in various node

i want disable all traffic of announce for some day, 
any can send how to?
