[Dxspider-support] CVS Update problem?

I've been trying off and on to run the cvs update but I'm not getting
connected.  Here's the text of what I get.

[root at w8bs spider]# cvs update -dP
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any)
[root at w8bs spider]#

Anyone have a idea of what maybe happening...(or not happening)
