[Dxspider-support] dropping link

Hello all, 
Running spider on a windows box.
Having trouble with a telnet connection dropping off after a min of operation. 
The connect script is working, as I can connect fine, and the other station sends all the data, and spots start flowing. 
But it will only stay connected for a min. then it looks likethe remote station is dropping the link.

I can stay connected via straight telnet to the other station from the same box the cluster is running on without any trouble. 

Any thoughts from anyone???
