[Dxspider-support] who.pl

Hi.
I've modified the cmd/who.pl in local_cm/user.pl
Try it at IZ5FSA-6.
If you find it useful, I can give the source to sysop's community. I've 
made it by the same way.

Io ho modificato il comando who (/cmd/who.pl) come comando locale user 
(local_cmd/user.pl)
Provalo su IZ5FSA-6.
Se lo trovi utile, posso girare il sorgente alla comunità dei sysop. 
L'ho creato per gli stessi tuoi motivi.
