[Dxspider-support] Why doesn't sh/dx support "not"?

This weekend I wasn't in the 10m contest, so I kept wanting to run a command
like:
sh/dx not on 10m
but I found out that the "not" keyword doesn't work with sh/dx.
Is there any particular reason for this? It would seem like a valuable
addition, and it would also make the sh/dx patterns match closer to what you
can do with filter patterns.
