[Dxspider-support] Setup for Windows

Dave..
some pearler versions of winzip had no idea what to do with a .TGZ file....
i used at least 7.0 or later..
other way is to use CVS
i D loaded the CVS windows version and just created 1 directory called 
spider
and told CVS to create any missing directorys and files..
it basicly installed the whole spider in all the proper directorys and i 
just edited the files
to make it work..

did i trick it, i dun know, but over the years iv been trying different 
ways of installing spider
