[Dxspider-support] sh/muf has wrong location name

Now come on chaps. I know I have been away for the weekend doing
something other than programming, so give me a chance ... (although
patches are always welcome, actually).

I have fixed this in CVS. Also I have made convkeps.pl handle more
sources of two line keps (eg the ARRL ones). It should generally be more
tolerant anyway because it now only depends on seeing the word
"Decode" (in any case) (no -p) or just straight two line keps + name
(with -p).

And, for good measure, I have incorporated the latest cty-1601 data for
the prefixes.
