You didn't mention what link you were trying, but---

Point your browser to http://dxc.kxx.com/download and right-click on  
usdbraw.gz.

I am running spider on a machine which has no GUIs to get in the way  
so I use the following command:

wget http://dxc.k1xx.com/download/usdbraw.gz
